Payment & Delivery


Four payment methods are available to our customers:

Credit Card:  We accept Visa & Mastercard paid directly to us through the secure checkout system.

Credit Card Over the Phone:  We accept Visa & Mastercard via a phone payment during business hours (9am-5pm, AEST).

Account:  Account facilites are available to approved clients

Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.


Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 2 and 10 working days depending exactly where the destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order.

Shipping Charges




We ship via Direct Freight Express, your parcel can be tracked through their Track & Trace system. Shipping charges vary depending on the products ordered & the destination. Shipping charges can be calculated on the shopping cart page once a product is added to your cart.

Direct Freight Express are quick and reliable, but Filtertech Australia cannot accept responsibility for any losses during transit. If your parcel goes missing, we will do everything we can to help you find it. Additional insurance can be added to the shipping cost by prior arrangement.

Tax Invoice

An itemised Tax Invoice is included in each shipment. All prices quoted are GST exclusive.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all postage associated with returns or exchanges for any reason.
